We handle 100% of customer support. Residents can scan the QR code on
the cooler to report issues, request refunds, and suggest products.
Can we request products?
Absolutely. We tailor the menu to your demographics and take requests
from your residents to keep the mix fresh.
How often are the smart coolers restocked?
We use remote monitoring technology to track inventory in real-time.
This allows us to restock proactively before items run out, typically
visiting locations 1-3 times per week depending on volume.
What happens if a smart cooler unit breaks down?
One of the biggest benefits of smart coolers is that they have far
fewer mechanical parts than traditional vending machines (no coils,
motors, or drop sensors to jam). This makes them incredibly reliable.
If an issue does occur, our systems alert us instantly for same-day
response.
What payment methods do the smart coolers accept?
Our modern equipment is 100% cashless for speed and security. We
accept tap to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, as well
as all major credit/debit cards.
What if a customer is charged but doesn't get their item?
Since our smart coolers are 'grab-and-go', customers only pay for what
they take. If you pick up an item but change your mind, simply put it
back before closing the door and you won't be charged. If there is
ever a billing discrepancy, customers can scan the QR code on the
smart cooler to request an immediate refund.
How do you prevent theft?
Our smart coolers use sophisticated 'active AI' vision to track
exactly what is taken. The door only unlocks when a payment method is
presented, and the transaction is finalized automatically when the
door closes.
Are the smart coolers energy efficient?
Yes. We use modern, Energy Star-rated equipment with LED lighting and
high-efficiency refrigeration systems to minimize energy consumption
and operating costs.
